About Our Firm

Ronald Marek has been practicing law in Corvallis, Oregon since 1972.  His emphasis is on estate planning, disability planning, probate and trust settlement.  He also has extensive experience in business and real estate law.

Alan Lanker has been practicing law in Oregon since 1995 and joined the firm in 2001.  He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.  His primary focus is on business transactions and estate planning, and he also practices in elder law, and probate.

Our attorneys keep their legal knowledge current through participation in continuing legal education seminars and through specialty education in advanced estate planning.
